I am a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.  My fitness background includes resistance training, cardio conditioning, cardio Muay Thai / kickbox & long distance running.

My passion for fitness started 14 years ago, after my daughter was born.  What you need to know, is this isn’t my first career, but it’s the one that finally allows me to help other women.  I understand working long hours, long commutes and maintaining a household.  I did it for 20 years.  Exercising was the one thing I could do, to keep my anxiety at bay and allowed me to decompress, whether punching a target, lifting weights or going for a long run.

The focus of Get Fit Girl is to help women to take some “me time” to become healthier physically and mentally.  Improving heart health, strength and mobility to improve your quality of life, so you can be the best you for yourself and those you care about.

Weight loss may be your top of mind goal, getting there is a process.  It is not a quick fix, if you want long term maintainable results.  No need for the process to be gruelling, let’s make it challenging and fun.  Keeping you motivated and wanting more is what I strive for and take pride in.
