Losing Weight or Losing Fat: It Could be Harming You

Muscle Mass could be Reducing

Your muscles will reduce in size and weight, which reduces your body weight too, but in a bad way. The worst part is that a calorie-reduced diet restricts your muscles’ ability to rebuild the lost tissue.

Your Water Content May Be Lowered

When you cut carbohydrates drastically, your body doesn’t retain nearly as much water. This literally shrinks your muscles. Since you have less water in your body, you feel like you have lost weight.

Pure Fat Loss is What You Need

The simple truth here is that you can’t lose weight fast without suffering harmful side effects. If the goal is pure fat loss, you need to adapt your workouts in the way I tell you to. Your workouts can burn your fat over time without turning your body into a wreck.
